Eric Hansen is Not What Delaware Needs in the U.S. Senate

The Republican Party has once again not vetted its candidate. Eric Hansen moved to Delaware three years ago to run to represent Delaware in the U.S. Senate. His online background has been scrubbed and he misrepresents his work history.

Eric claims that he grew up "mostly in Florida". However, documents below indicate that he lived in the affluent town of Lake Oswego, Oregon where he attended and graduated from High School. Records indicate that his family's name is Rudin.

Hansen has failed to be transparent about his states of residence, work and college(s) history.

Hansen indicates that he spent the "bulk of his career" as an "executive at Walmart". Hansen was a lower manager, not an executive at the company, and was only there for seven years in his 40's.

His history indicates that he frequently moved around the country every few years, renting in several locations.

Hansen states "After several years of frustration that our great state of Delaware was not living up to its potential and that career politicians were making things worse, Eric decided to do something about it. He is leaving the corporate world to dedicate himself to Delaware.....by running for U.S. Senate...". Eric only lived in Delaware TWO years before he filed to run for U.S. Senate.

Eric's "Math" about savings he generated at Walmart, which he apparently left in 2012, would be considered fraudulent accounting and would not meet GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Accounting Rules.
